We have a small but fully equipped kitchen with the most amazing cook in Treasure Beach! Seriously! Miss Audrey is famous for her homemade bread, Jamaican dishes, and her special desserts. She will cook you breakfast and dinner… you just say what you want and she will make it happen.
Fresh lobster or grilled fish, jerk chicken, and rice and peas. Ackee and Saltfish with Callaloo and Johnny Cakes. Coconut Ginger Pumpkin Soup served with an organic salad from a local farmer… you will love it all and be nourished by home cooking from the heartland of Jamaica.
